Indian Journal of Pathology and Oncology Indian Journal of Pathology and Oncology (IJPO) is an interdisciplinary journal at the interface of pathology and oncology, including the preclinical and translational research, diagnostics and therapy. The journal covers studies related to pathology including morbid anatomy, surgical pathology, clinical pathology, diagnostic cytopathology including gynecologic cytology. Furthermore, IJPO offers an international forum for the rapid communication of reviews, original research, case report, Letter to Editor, Images in Pathology, Personal view points, Conference news and reports critical and topical reports with excellence and novelty. Published quarterly, IJPO is dedicated to keeping scientists informed of developments in its focused biomedical fields which span the gap between basic research and clinical medicine. Aims & Scope:  A special aim of IJPO is to promote publishing activity in pathology and oncology of colleagues in the Central and East European region, all over the world. The journal will interest pathologists, and a broad range of experimental and clinical oncologists, and related experts. This Journal is founded to promote and encourage development and advancement of pathology and oncology and allied specialties in India and also to provide a platform for the fellow surgeons to show-case their work at the global level. It publishes full-length papers, reviews, and other articles of academic interest on all aspects of pathological and Oncological Research. This Journal publishes peer-reviewed original research papers, case reports, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, letters to the editor and brief communications. Review articles on current topics usually are invited by the editor.
