Melanocytic nevi frequently involve the face. Congenital Melanocytic nevi are a known risk factor for melanoma. So there is a strong medical indication for excision of these lesions. Selection of reconstructive procedure after excision was done depending over the size, site and orientation of lesion. Patient’s financial condition and his/her acceptance for staged procedure were also considered in choosing the procedure.
