Aim and Scope

IJFCM covers different domains of Forensic and Community Medicine. Looking into the domain of Forensic Medicine, the journal deals with the application of medical knowledge to aid in the administration of justice, raise legal questions and focuses on the recent advances in the field of crime investigation. Through the Community Medicine domain, the journal looks into the eyes of the community with an intention to delimit new diseases and new patterns of disease and to guide future studies. The journal also aims to cover fields such as Epidemiology, Public Health Administration, Public health Management, Health Promotion, Social Sciences, Family medicine, Global Health, Maternal, and Child Health, non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases, National Health Priorities and Health Policy implications. The journal also inclines towards less explored areas such as Anthropology, Ballistics, Occupational health hazards, and related compensations and the field of Forensic Psychiatry. The scope is, therefore, huge covering almost all streams of Forensic and Community Medicine starting from original research articles, review articles, short communications, and clinical case reports as well as studies covering clinical, experimental and applied topics on Forensic and Community Medicine. The scope of the journal is not restricted to these subjects alone however it also explores the broader coverage of all the recent updates among all specialties.
